I might have more later, but suffice to say… MetLife lost a customer this week (and they really didn’t need to). Terrible customer service followed up with more terrible customer service. To each their own, but if you ask me, I’d look elsewhere for your coverage. And if someone with MetLife hits you, prepare to be unimpressed.

On a completely different note… The new Arcade Fire album, The Suburbs, is absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. It is nice to see a band still ascendant. You probably already have, but if not, buy it now!
